This Privacy Policy explains what information VibeCopilot ("we", "us") collects when you use our website (vibecopilot.shop) and the VibeCopilot Unity plugin (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Email address — when you purchase a plan or contact us.
Payment information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
Account & usage data — your access key (token), the plan you bought, and how many AI tokens and 3D generations you have used. This lets us run your credits.
Content you submit — the text prompts and scene information you send through the plugin so the AI can generate code, models, or scene changes for you.
Basic technical data — standard server logs (e.g., IP address, timestamps) generated automatically when you use the Service.

2. How we use your information

To provide and operate the Service (generate AI responses, 3D models, and scene changes).
To process payments and manage your subscription and credits.
To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.

3. Service providers we share data with

We use trusted third parties to run the Service. They only receive the data needed to do their job:

Stripe — payment processing.
Supabase — database and storage of your account and usage data.
Vercel — website and server hosting.
Google (Gemini) and Anthropic (Claude) — AI text and code generation. Your prompts and scene data are sent to these providers to generate responses.
Tripo — AI 3D model generation. Your model prompts are sent to generate 3D models.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use advertising trackers.

4. Cookies

Our website uses only the minimum technical storage needed to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and usage data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel and ask us to delete your data, we will remove it, except where we must keep certain records (for example, payment records required by law).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at support.vibecopilot@gmail.com.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. API keys and secrets are stored securely on our servers and are never shipped inside the plugin. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. International transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside your country (for example, in the United States). By using the Service, you understand that your data may be processed in those countries.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may be announced on this page.
